On December 16, the Guixi Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee of Jiangxi Province issued a situation report: On December 15, the media reported that "Jiangxi Yuehai New Energy Co., Ltd. had abnormal levels of lead in the blood of its employees." The Guixi Development Zone immediately set up a special task force to conduct a comprehensive investigation, organize all employees of the company to undergo physical examinations, conduct double verification of sample inspections, and form an expert group to conduct on-site evaluation of the company's production environment.
