According to the Qichacha app, recently, the original Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperative Union has undergone industrial and commercial changes, changing its company name to Guizhou Rural Commercial Cooperative Bank Limited. The new shareholders include the Guizhou Provincial Department of Finance, China Guizhou Maotai Distillery Co., Ltd., with Maotai Group holding approximately 9.6% of the shares. At the same time, the company's registered capital has increased from 26.1 million RMB to 10.458 billion RMB. According to Qichacha information, the company was established in 2004, with its business scope including banking services. Recently, the Guizhou Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approved the opening of Guizhou Rural Commercial Cooperative Bank Limited.
