China FAW: Resolutely eliminate any form of unfair price competition.

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "Guidelines for Compliance with Pricing Behaviors in the Automotive Industry", which mainly includes refining the pricing behaviors of automotive production enterprises, clarifying the requirements for pricing behaviors of automotive sales enterprises, and guiding the establishment of sound internal compliance management systems, which has milestone significance in safeguarding consumer rights and strengthening the foundation of the industry's health. In response, China FAW stated that they will fully implement the spirit of the "Guidelines", always regarding legal and compliant operations as the fundamental cornerstone of enterprise survival and development, using the "Guidelines" as an important guide, continuously improving internal pricing management and compliance systems, adhering to the principle of fair competition, and resolutely eliminating any form of unfair pricing competition behavior.
