Nvidia acquires open-source workload management provider SchedMD.

On December 15th local time, NVIDIA announced the acquisition of the open-source workload management provider SchedMD. NVIDIA stated that they will continue to develop and distribute the open-source workload management system Slurm, allowing it to be more widely used and supported by the HPC and AI community in various hardware and software environments.
