On December 15, the company's board of directors agreed to sign a compensation agreement with the collection party, with a total compensation of 6.2378 million yuan. This matter does not constitute a major asset restructuring or related party transaction and requires approval by the shareholders' meeting. The compensation includes 5.1178 million yuan for the property and other subsidies of 1.1199 million yuan, expected to be paid before December 31, 2025. It is estimated to increase the profit for the year 2025 by approximately 5.9 million yuan, based on audit data.
