Pakistan makes final ruling on anti-dumping sunset review of aluminum beverage bottles from Jordan and two other countries.

On December 11, 2025, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan issued a notice confirming the affirmative final ruling on the sunset review of anti-dumping duties on aluminum beverage cans with a capacity of 250-300 milliliters originating from or imported from Jordan, Sri Lanka, and the United Arab Emirates. The Commission decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved from the three countries, with rates of 26.54% for Jordan, 23.24% for Sri Lanka, and 22.06% for the United Arab Emirates. The measures will take effect from February 19, 2025, and will be valid for three years. The Pakistan tax code for the products in question is 7612.9030.
