Zhonghuan Environmental Protection announced on December 14th that the company held the 14th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors and the 10th meeting of the 4th Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2025, and approved the proposal "Regarding the Proposed Change of Company Name, Securities Abbreviation, and Amendments". Based on the completion of the change in actual control of the company, while maintaining its original environmental protection core business, the company plans to dispose of some non-core subsidiaries in the future and invest in high-quality projects in the field of biomedicine at the opportune moment, aiming to cultivate new profit growth points. The original company name Anhui Zhonghuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and securities abbreviation "Zhonghuan Environmental Protection" no longer fully match the company's business and strategic characteristics. In order to more comprehensively reflect the current situation of the company, the company plans to change its Chinese name to Anhui Zhongfuyuan Technology Group Co., Ltd., securities abbreviation to Zhongfu Technology, while keeping the securities code 300692 unchanged. This renaming does not involve any major adjustments to the core business. The environmental protection sector remains one of the company's core businesses. The proposed changes to the company's name, securities abbreviation, and amendments to the company's articles of association still need to be approved by the company's shareholders' meeting. It is also proposed to authorize the company's management to handle the related business registration changes involved in this change, and the relevant changes will be subject to the final approval of the competent commercial administrative department.
