("Hangzhou Hongwo") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2,509,500 shares, which is not more than 1% of the total number of the company's shares, through centralized competitive trading; and reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5,019,000 shares, which is not more than 2% of the total number of the company's shares, through block trading.
