According to data from the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on December 13th, there were 178 newly signed contracts for new homes in Beijing, with a total area of 13,927.38 square meters. Among them, there were 80 signed contracts for residential properties, with a total area of 10,728.95 square meters. In addition, there were 198 signed contracts for second-hand homes, with a total area of 17,775.99 square meters, including 183 signed contracts for residential properties, with a total area of 16,879.19 square meters.
