The Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Anna Yu, and the Chief Executive's private secretary, Wong Ting-chi, will accompany her. During Carrie Lam's absence from Hong Kong, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Matthew Cheung, will act as the Chief Executive.
