On the 13th local time, the Sudanese armed forces issued a statement claiming that a UN-Abyei interim security force facility in South Kordofan state was attacked by a drone from the rapid support forces that day, resulting in 6 deaths and 7 injuries. The deceased and injured were all Bangladeshi peacekeepers. The rapid support forces denied this accusation.
