Hainan Provincial Government signs comprehensive deepening strategic cooperation agreement with National Energy Group.

According to Hainan provincial government, on December 13th, the Hainan provincial government and the State Energy Investment Group Limited signed a comprehensive and deepening strategic cooperation agreement in Haikou. According to the agreement, the two sides will focus on the construction of the strategic positioning of "Three Zones and One Center" and the "Five Striving for Excellence", deepen strategic cooperation in clean energy, ports, shipping, green new materials, energy storage, financial services, etc., promote the landing of related industries in Hainan, and support the high-quality construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
