According to the information obtained from the Wise Finance APP, on December 12, O-Drive New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "O-Drive New Energy") submitted its listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMB International as the sole sponsor. The prospectus mentioned that, according to data from Wisdom Consulting, O-Drive New Energy is the largest independent third-party electric vehicle swapping solution provider in China based on revenue generated from the operation of swapping stations in 2024.
