After the EU conducted a raid at the European headquarters of the Chinese e-commerce platform Temu, they launched an investigation into the Chinese security technology company Hikvision on the 11th. It is reported that both actions were based on the "Foreign Subsidies Regulation". On the 12th, the EU Chamber of Commerce in China spoke out, expressing strong dissatisfaction and firm opposition to the EU's abuse of FSR investigation tools, and calling on the EU to immediately stop engaging in discriminatory, arbitrary, and unfounded enforcement actions against Chinese companies.
