Zhixin Finance APP news, Far Ocean Services (06677.HK) announced that Mr. Shen Peiying has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the company and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative of the company to receive legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under the company's articles (Hong Kong Ordinance Chapter 622) in order to focus on handling other business. This will take effect from December 13, 2025. The Board of Directors also announced that Ms. Chen Jiamin has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the agent for legal process documents of the company, effective from December 13, 2025.
