Ministry of Commerce publishes the audit results of state-owned trading enterprises for the export of tungsten, antimony, and silver in the fiscal year 2026-2027.
According to the requirements of Announcement No. 68 of the Ministry of Commerce in 2025 on the application conditions and procedures for state-owned trading enterprises for the export of tungsten, antimony, and silver in 2026-2027, the Ministry of Commerce has reviewed the materials submitted by new applicants for the export of tungsten, antimony, and silver in 2026-2027. During the application period, a total of 16 companies submitted materials for tungsten export trading qualifications. After review, 14 of them are qualified enterprises that meet the requirements of the announcement, 1 new applicant meets the requirements, and 1 new applicant does not meet the requirements of the announcement.
A total of 14 companies submitted materials for antimony export trading qualifications, and after review, 11 of them are qualified enterprises that meet the requirements of the announcement, while 3 new applicants do not meet the requirements. A total of 50 companies submitted materials for silver export trading qualifications, and after review, 34 of them are qualified enterprises, with 32 meeting the requirements of the announcement and 2 not meeting them; 16 new applicants, with 12 meeting the requirements and 4 not meeting them.
The list of qualified enterprises will be publicly announced from December 12 to 18, 2025. During the public announcement period, any objections to the list can be raised and submitted for review to the Ministry of Commerce.
