China Merchants Energy Shipping plans to invest RMB 7.882 billion to build 19 fuel ships.

COSCO Shipping Energy Transport announced that the company and its subsidiaries have signed contracts to build nineteen ships with COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry's affiliated shipyard, with a total contract price of 7.882 billion yuan including taxes. The transaction constitutes a related party transaction, which has been reviewed by the board of directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
