Super Telecom announced that the company recently received a "warning letter" from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. Following an on-site inspection, the company was found to have inaccuracies in revenue accounting, cross-period revenue accounting in periodic reports, and non-standard internal controls, resulting in inaccurate disclosure of related financial data and self-assessment reports on internal controls. Chairman Liang Jianhua, General Manager Zhong Haihui, and former Chief Financial Officer Hu Hongyue were found to have primary responsibility for the violations due to their failure to fulfill their duties diligently and responsibly. The Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau has ordered the company to make corrections and issued warning letters to the three individuals. The company is required to complete the rectification within 30 days and submit a report.
