According to the news from Wisdom Financial APP, Yunli Investment (01145.HK) announced that, following the resignation of Deloitte, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Ernst & Young (EY) as the company's new auditor, effective from December 12, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy, and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
