Shenke Corporation announced that its controlling shareholder Huili Hongsheng pledged 23 million shares on December 11, 2025, accounting for 29.72% of its held shares and 15.33% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge will expire on December 29, and the pledgee is Taierzhuang Branch of Zaozhuang Bank Co., Ltd., for financing guarantee purposes. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Huili Hongsheng holds 77.3967 million shares, accounting for 51.60%, and this is the first time he has pledged shares. Huili Hongsheng confirmed that there is no risk of liquidation of the pledged shares at present, which will not affect the company.
