After investigation, UCE Investment and its actual controllers were found to have engaged in illegal misappropriation of fund assets, submitting false information, and seriously violating the laws and regulations of private equity funds. The Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau fined UCE Investment 21 million yuan, fined three responsible persons 14.25 million yuan, and imposed a lifetime ban on the actual controllers from the securities market.
