Kingsoft: The controlling shareholder partially released the pledge of some shares and re-pledged them, with a total pledge of 3.30% of the shares.

Jinchengxin announcement stated that its controlling shareholder Jinchengxin Group directly holds 242,519,049 shares of the company, accounting for 38.88% of the total share capital. On December 10-11, 2025, it respectively released 14 million shares and 5 million shares of pledged shares. On December 10, Jinchengxin Group pledged 6.6 million shares to China Galaxy Securities for daily operations and repayment of previous loans. After this release and pledge, Jinchengxin Group and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 20,600,000 shares, accounting for 3.30% of the company's total share capital. The pledge will not affect the company's control rights, production and operation, and governance.
