Tianrong Tianyu Announcement: On December 1, 2025, the company signed the "Jiaxing Shanghe Guzong Equity Investment Partnership Agreement" with Beijing Shanghe Dongliang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners, with a target total contribution size of 103 million RMB. The company subscribes for 5.82% of the fund shares in Shanghe Guzong. Due to the failure to reach an agreement on the transaction plan between the fund manager and the target company, it was decided to terminate the investment project. On December 12, 2025, the company and the fund manager signed a "Termination Agreement," and the fund manager shall return all the company's contributions in a lump sum within 3 working days from the date of signature. The company has received the full amount of the returned investment, and the original "Partnership Agreement" is officially terminated.
