Eternal Lithium Industry: Shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares will have 44.68 million shares auctioned off by the court.

Yongsheng Lithium Industry announced that its shareholder Ningbo Jutai holds 67.85 million shares of the company, accounting for 13.24% of the total share capital. Due to a contract dispute, its 44.6861 million unrestricted tradable shares will be auctioned by Ningbo Intermediate People's Court, accounting for 65.86% of its total holdings and 8.72% of the total share capital, currently under judicial freezing. If the auctioned shares are delivered, Ningbo Jutai's holdings will decrease to 23.1641 million shares, accounting for 4.52%, and together with the concerted action person, the total shareholding percentage will be 5.21%. This auction will not affect the company's operations and control rights, but there is uncertainty in the outcome.
