As of midday, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by 0.04%, the Shenzhen Component Index rose by 0.57%, the ChiNext Index rose by 0.6%, and the BeiXinzheng 50 rose by 1.12%. The total market turnover was 1.26 trillion yuan, an increase of 91.2 billion yuan from the previous day. In terms of sectors, the power grid equipment and precious metals sectors were active, while the retail and Hainan sectors were adjusting. On the market, the power grid equipment continued to strengthen, with ZhongNeng Electric 20CM hitting the daily limit, and several stocks such as China Xidian and Changcheng Electric rose by the daily limit. The precious metals sector performed strongly, with Xiaocheng Technology rising by over 7% and Zha Jin Gold rising by over 5%. The retail sector weakened, with Central Market hitting the daily limit and Dongbai Group and Maoye Business falling by over 8%. The Hainan sector was adjusting, with Xinlong Holdings and Hainan Haiyao falling by over 4%.
