Over seventy percent of the parties involved voluntarily submitted their essential formulaic complaints online.

According to the Supreme People's Court, since July 14, 2025, in 26 types of commonly occurring disputes, more than 70% of the parties involved have actively submitted elements-based lawsuits online. Among them, the online application rate for exemplary texts in the fields of criminal, environmental resources, state compensation, and enforcement has reached 80%, while the online application rate for 18 types of cases such as technical contracts, monopoly disputes, civil public interest lawsuits for environmental pollution and ecological damage, and applications for enforcement orders exceeds 90%.
