In addition, Zhongshan Xibei Yumiancun Gaofeng Catering Management Co., Ltd. also underwent a business change, with Han Gaofeng resigning as the legal representative, executive director, and manager, and Li Lei taking over as the legal representative, manager, and director in charge of company affairs. Huizhou Yumiancun Gaofeng Catering Management Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Xibei Yumiancun Gaofeng Catering Management Co., Ltd. were established in May 2023 and April 2024 respectively, with a registered capital of 500,000 RMB each. Their business scope includes catering services, food sales, etc., and they are both co-owned by Inner Mongolia Xibei Catering Group Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Meixi Xinghui Catering Management Partnership Enterprise.
