Wanda Hotel Development has completed an asset swap with a subsidiary company of Sony and entered into the operation of the "Little Underwater Squad" intellectual property.

According to the development announcement of Wanda Hotel Development, under the securities and real estate transfer agreement, the company has completed the sale of 16 apartment units in the Chicago project to CPE, and also completed the transaction of selling shares in the target company acquired from CPE. After the transaction is completed, Wanda Chicago holds a 49% stake in the target company, and the target company is no longer listed as a subsidiary of Wanda Hotel Development, nor is its financial performance included in the group's financial statements. The target company is mainly engaged in issuing television production licenses to broadcast companies and is the copyright operator of the "Octonauts" IP. The book value of the apartment units sold this time is approximately 335 million Hong Kong dollars, with an expected profit of approximately 281.8 million Hong Kong dollars, and no cash inflow is generated.
