On December 11, the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission disclosed that Beijing Weilan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has initiated an A-share IPO and submitted counseling filing. The company plans to list on the Growth Enterprise Market, with the counseling institution being CSC Financial. As a leading company in the domestic solid-state battery field, the listing of Weilan New Energy is of positive significance to the solid-state battery industry chain, providing a capital operation model for the industry, attracting more capital inflows into the solid-state battery field, and promoting industrial technology research and development and mass production. The listing of Weilan New Energy is beneficial to the solid-state battery industry chain, especially to shareholders and partners. Securities Times-Data Treasure has compiled public information indicating that several listed companies have reached strategic cooperation agreements or are suppliers to Weilan New Energy. In terms of shareholders, Tianqi Lithium holds 3% of the shares of Weilan New Energy through Chengdu Tianqi, and the company has also established Tianqi Weilan Lithium New Material (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. jointly with Weilan New Energy. Aoruijin indirectly holds shares through Qingcheng Chunlin Future Kinetic Energy Equity Investment Partnership, and the company also cooperates with Weilan New Energy to establish Beijing Lanpeng Ruichi Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the design and development of battery structural components. Lianhongxin and Weilan New Energy jointly established Lianhong Weilan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the development of key functional materials for new types of batteries such as solid-state batteries and semi-solid-state batteries. In terms of cooperation, Dangsheng Technology, Purui Te, Huayou Cobalt, Rongbai Technology, and Xingyuan Environment have all disclosed signing strategic cooperation agreements with Weilan New Energy.
