As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Muyuan Industry and its concerted actors' pledged shares have decreased to 47.5 million shares, accounting for 1.58% of their total shares held, and 0.87% of the total share capital of the company. The company stated that there is no substantial risk of fund repayment for the remaining pledged shares of the actual controller and its concerted actors, and the pledge risk is controllable.
