According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Hainan Guohongxin Qi Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes integrated circuit design, integrated circuit chip design and services, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, integration services for artificial intelligence industry applications, and development of artificial intelligence basic software. The equity penetration of QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhenxin Technology.
