On December 11th, JuDianxineng issued a statement regarding the concerns about the "black box operation" of charging piles circulated on the internet, stating that the company highly values and immediately conducted a comprehensive internal inspection in response to the recent media reports mentioning the "black box operation" of charging piles. After the inspection, it was found that the company has always strictly complied with national metrology regulations and industry norms in the charging industry, and all charging pile equipment has been calibrated by authorized metrology testing institutions, with no "black box operation" behavior involving human manipulation for profit.
Regarding the issue of charging costs not matching the mileage as reflected in the reports, we have initiated a national inspection of charging pile equipment, focusing on the calibration accuracy, charging efficiency, and other aspects. Additionally, we will disclose the charging pile fee structure to the public and establish a user feedback platform to address any issues users may encounter during the charging process promptly.
