Identity security company Saviynt completes $700 million in financing, with a valuation close to $3 billion.

On December 9th, identity security company Saviynt announced the completion of a $700 million Series B growth equity financing with a valuation of nearly $3 billion. The round was led by funds managed by KKR, with participation from Sixth Street Growth and TenEleven, as well as existing investor Carrick Capital Partners.
