Tencent Finance News, Zhenggan Financial Holdings (01152) announced that on December 2, 2025, the company received a conversion notice from Rosy Benefit, exercising its right to convert convertible bonds in the amount of HK$40 million. At a conversion price of HK$0.073 per share, this will result in approximately 548 million shares being converted. In response to the exercise of the conversion rights attached to the convertible bonds, the company will issue approximately 548 million shares to the subscribers in accordance with the special authorization.
