At the eighth member meeting of the China Securities Industry Association, Wu Qing, the chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, mentioned that in comparison to the requirements for high-quality economic and social development, although the overall strength of the securities industry institutions has improved, their professional level and innovation ability are still insufficient. The compliance and risk control system in complex scenarios needs to be improved. Compared to leading international financial institutions, there is still a gap in global capital allocation, asset pricing power, and top-tier talent reserve. The industry's development needs to adhere to problem orientation, steadily address shortcomings, and respond to the expectations of society with service capabilities that better meet market demands, a more sound risk prevention and control system, and a more mature industry culture.
