Institutions need to strengthen their compliance and risk control awareness, improve the rigid requirements of corporate governance and employee management, clarify rights and responsibilities boundaries, and prevent internal interference. It is necessary to strengthen the management of related party transactions and compliance education, enhance the fairness of trading services, and strictly prevent illegal trading and market order disruption behaviors. Focus on risks in areas such as margin trading, securities lending, off-exchange business, as well as key risks such as credit, liquidity, and compliance, to prevent problems from happening in advance; strengthen the analysis and response to market concerns for new business formats and services in the industry.
