The municipal party committee decided: Comrade Zhang Ruobing was appointed as a member, standing committee member, and deputy secretary of the Communist Party of China Beijing Yanqing District Committee. Comrade Ye Dahua will no longer hold the positions of deputy secretary, standing committee member, and member of the Communist Party of China Beijing Yanqing District Committee. In addition, according to the updated information on the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission's official website, Ye Dahua has been appointed as the Secretary and Director of the Party Committee of the Beijing Municipal Defense Mobilization Office, Director of the Beijing Civil Air Defense Office, and a member of the Party Committee of the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
