Navigation signal near Venezuela is unstable

On December 3 and 4 local time, multiple airlines including Copa Airlines, Boliviana de Aviacin, and Wingo from Colombia announced the suspension of flights to the Venezuelan capital Caracas due to reports from pilots of disruptions in navigation signals. Last weekend, US President Trump claimed that Venezuelan airspace and surrounding airspace were "deemed to be fully closed". The Venezuelan government strongly condemned the US for infringing on its sovereignty.
