On December 5, during Haitian Ruishi's performance briefing for the third quarter of 2025, the company's executives stated that the slowdown in revenue growth in the third quarter was mainly due to the impact of the confirmation of revenue milestones for certain large government projects. Currently, all relevant projects are proceeding as normal, and it is expected that the corresponding revenue will be gradually recognized in the fourth quarter or later.
