Zhishang Financial APP News, Shunkong Development (003039.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign a share transfer agreement with Guangdong Shunkong Technology, Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Technology, Industry and Trade"), intending to acquire 100% of the equity of Guangdong Shunkong Clean Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Clean Investment" or "Target Company") at a price of 181 million yuan.
