Kangzhong Medical announced that Changan Limited and its concerted action Holcim Junlian Chengyuchuangye Investment Co., Ltd. have reduced their holdings by transferring 4.1 million shares through inquiry, reducing their shareholding from 9.53% to 4.88%. After this equity change, Changan Limited and its concerted action hold company shares proportion dropped to less than 5%.
