China Microelectronics Group (02239) subsidiary completed the sale of 16% equity interest in S2C Shanghai.

China Finance and Economics APP News, National Micro Holdings (02239) announced that it has completed the sale of 16% equity in S2C Shanghai by its subsidiary. All the preconditions stipulated in the share transfer agreement (as amended and supplemented by the supplement dated December 3, 2025) have been met or waived (as applicable), and the transaction was completed on December 5, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. After the completion, S2C Holding will hold 13.75% equity in S2C Shanghai.
