The plot has a plot ratio of 1.8, with a starting price of 684 million yuan and a starting floor price of 9,500 yuan/square meter. Ultimately, the plot was won by Bangtai for a total price of 772 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 10,722 yuan/square meter, representing a premium rate of 12.87%.
