(Shanxi Construction Investment) regarding the transfer of relevant state-owned equity held by Shanxi Provincial State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd (Provincial State-owned Operation Company) to Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Commission) (Jin State-owned Assets [2025] No.75). According to the document requirements, the Shanxi Provincial People's Government decided to transfer 52.44% equity of Shanxi Construction Investment held by the Provincial State-owned Operation Company to Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and to transfer 90% equity of Shanxi Traffic Holdings Group Co., Ltd (Shanxi Traffic) held by the Provincial State-owned Operation Company to Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Commission. Both before and after the transfer, Huarong Tai Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited is the company's direct controlling shareholder, and Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Commission is the company's ultimate beneficial owner. Currently, the above-mentioned matters are pending completion of industrial and commercial change registration procedures.
