Zhongyuan Environmental Protection announced that the company plans to delist and acquire the assets of the three-ring recycled water pipeline of the Zhengzhou Municipal Facilities Center through the Zhengzhou Municipal Facilities Affairs Center, and entrust Deloitte Accounting Firm to review the original audit report issued by ShineWing and the Zhengzhou branch. The audit scope includes the eight recycled water assets under the Zhengzhou Municipal Facilities Affairs Center as of September 30, 2025. The original audit report shows a original value of fixed assets of 599 million yuan, accumulated depreciation of 155 million yuan, and a book value of 445 million yuan. Deloitte's review found that there are no inappropriate audit opinion types in the original audit report, and no major misstatements or procedural defects were found.
