The case is currently in the trial stage. As of July 31, 2025, the respondents still owe performance compensation of 65.9893 million yuan, interest of 3.0607 million yuan, and liquidated damages of 52.6745 million yuan. In addition, as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company and its subsidiaries have accumulated 9 new lawsuits in the past twelve months, involving a total principal amount of 129 million yuan, accounting for 13.95% of the recently audited net assets. The company also faces risks such as pre-reorganization, delisting, and investigation.
