Hua Construction (01582.HK) has been awarded financing of up to 100 million Hong Kong dollars.

China Construction (01582.HK) announced on December 5, 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Construction Limited, entered into a financing letter with a bank as the lender. According to the agreement, the lender agreed to provide a maximum financing amount of HK$100 million to the borrower to meet the general corporate funding needs of the group. The financing is due 12 months from the date of acceptance of the financing letter or on March 22, 2027 (whichever is earlier), or any other earlier date as determined by the bank at its discretion.
