Treasure Holdings: Subsidiary has completed the industrial and commercial change of ownership of 52.41% of the shares of Riyue Mining.

BaoMo Group announced that in April 2024, its subsidiary Chengdu BaoMo signed a "Equity Repurchase Agreement" with Cai Jianjun, Hunan Zhongxin, and Rijing Mining, agreeing that Hunan Zhongxin would repurchase the equity of Rijing Mining held by Chengdu BaoMo. In December 2024, Hunan Zhongxin designated Hunan Xinju to fulfill the remaining repurchase payment obligation. On November 19, 2025, Chengdu BaoMo received a notice requesting the transfer of the 52.41% equity of Rijing Mining held by it to the designated party for business registration. Recently, Rijing Mining has completed the relevant business registration changes, Chengdu BaoMo no longer holds its equity, and the originally stationed director has also exited the board of directors.
