Jiangxi Changyun announced that in order to cooperate with the redevelopment project of a plot of land in Xihu District, Nanchang, the company plans to sign a compensation agreement with relevant departments. The People's Government of Xihu District, Nanchang plans to expropriate some buildings located in Xihu District with a total construction area of 5817.91 square meters. After negotiation, the compensation amount for the expropriation is 15.7019 million yuan, with a book cost of 0.2336 million yuan. The expropriating unit will pay in full in one lump sum. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring, has been approved by the board of directors, and is exempt from shareholder approval. It is expected to not affect normal operations and increase the total profit for the year 2025 by 15.47 million yuan, with the final amount subject to audit results.
