QingYi GuangDian stated at the performance briefing that the total investment in the Foshan production base of the company is 3.5 billion yuan. In terms of semiconductor chip mask technology, the company has successfully achieved small-scale production of 150nm process node masks and is advancing the development of PSM and OPC masks for 130nm-65nm processes, as well as developing mask processes for 28nm semiconductor chips. Representative customers of the company's semiconductor mask business include BYD Semiconductor and CoreTech Integration, some customer information cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality agreements. Currently, the domestication rate of semiconductor masks is around 10%, with huge potential for domestic substitution.
